It all really depends on what you believe in, but I believe this stuff really works. Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones (i mean the beats and tones NOT the app itself) works with the brain to help with all kinds of health issues, including the need to relax, This is something that helped me when I was very sick. But, i didn't have an app. I have cd's. Next time I am in the hospital, I will be taking this app. I hope it works as well a the CD's! To me, this is a great find and I'm surprised the original cost is only $1.99! App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.
