I like how users are encouraged when one levels up to a new stage. Progress is rarely rewarded from apps...this one does just that. (PM sent)
I like how there's a distance calculator that can help measure how far you've run, plus the fitness assessment is pretty cool.
Not sure if I saw this, can you create your own, then share with others as a challenge? Friendly competition, an idea for your next update..........I'm on a quest to download the most apps in the app store for free. I have only paid for 5 apps out of the 19843 i currently have downloaded.

The feature I like most in this app isable to review my progress and set weekly targets. This feature ensures I will not be lazy and skip my exercise. However, I did not see a feature able to set the date and timing for exercise so I can be reminded when to do my exercise. I hope that can be added in the future updates.
Yes you can create your own challenge (say complete 100 km in 3 months) then invite your friends to join you. The leaderboard will allow you to run a friendly competition that can motivate all of you towards the goal.
Thanks akame - good feedback, the app does allow you to schedule a fitness plan to your convenience - setting a reminder is now possible with iOS 4.0 (sync to your device calendar), but since majority of users are still on 3.0+ we've not implemented this as yet (as that would restrict the app to users of 4.0 only).
You can also add some advice related to exercise like need to do certain stretch exercises before running or else will experience certain leg cramps or muscle aches and recommend certain exercise for people who has certain health problems like backache etc so that everyone can use your app to make their own exercise rountine.
I like it could track my works with iPhone's sensor. Compare against my plan and audio remainder would be great to keep my goal.

Feature which I like about this App... Tracks calories, steps, pace/speed, distance and training zone as you move and Create your own cardio or interval training plan. These are really great features... hope to try this app.
