Going through this thread from four years ago and I'm surprised how many of these older games still cycle through my playlist from time to time. Anyone want to update their list or add a new one?
My taste in epicness might be a bit unusual. In no particular order: Kairo Zero Age Dark Fear Sine Mora The Room Trilogy English Country Tune SpaceChem Transistor Infinity Blade Trilogy Blockwick 2
XCOM EW MHFU for iOS (even if it's not working...still hoping for it to be fixed Hearthstone Final Fantasy Tactics: WotL Bioshock (also not working) I'm keeping MHFU on my phone just in case it gets fixed, I can update it ASAP
The Quest King of Dragon Pass Starbase Orion Hoplite Neuroshima Hex Empires 2 Sorcery series 80 Days Plaque Inc Dungeon Raid
My personal definition of most epic are games i have spent over 100 hours into, or at least complete more than THREE times (in the case of Lara Croft GO and Chrono Trigger). Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - reason im not getting a new phone this christmas because... !#+@&%!! iOS9. Infinity Blade 3 Chrono Trigger KOTOR VVVVVV Lara Croft GO - still playing through the expansion, but i played the whole core game through about 3.5 times already. Heroes & Castles 2 Cytus - still the best rhythm game IMO. Tap Titans - I know, i couldnt believe it either. But hey, guilty pleasures. Marvel Future Fight Honorable mentions: Phoenix HD - still my go-to shmup, but havent loaded it for a while now. Battleheart Legacy - i spent hundreds of hours into this through multiple playthroughs, but somehow, right now im not that interested in it. EPOCH.2 - still too short once you've got your bearings in the game, but this one is near epic IMO. Spider-Man Unlimited - spent over hundred hours on this, still play it occasionally. Safe to say this is my 11th. Boson X - really havent touched this since Race The Sun happened.
