While on vacation... Update on my ten games: 1. Still Eternal Arena. Now level 40 and it's still awesome. Great game to just load up and feel strong, and go out and do other stuff. Isn't grindy... Yet. 2. Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. It's slow, but with almost a full team it's a fun change of pace during long days. 3. Flip Runner. It's basically like the old app Hill Climb Racing but with less monetization (which is nice) and less bulky graphics. 4. The Quest Gold. Ok, so I went out and bought every expansion and wow, what a bargain. It's basically a love letter to every old school RPG (American style, not JRPG). It even has collectible books like the Elder Scroll games. 5. Tennis Champs. I don't think I've ever had such a good time playing a tennis game before. I mean, Super Mario tennis came close but it pales in comparison. This game was designed for people who love both tennis and mobile. 6. FFIX. Because why wouldn't I be playing it? It's awesome, even the third time around playing. The achievements though are pretty tough! 7. Sinless. It looks really interesting from what I've played so far, but it also looks like a heavy time investment. Now I just need a fourteen hour flight where I AM allowed to use my cell phone... (Last one I had the stewardess thought I was going to bring down the plane when I started playing Horizon Chase). 8. Thumb Drift. I'm suspicious this will get boring fast. Progression doesn't feel good. It's like if Horizon Chase were combined with Flappy Bird. 9. Star Wars Uprising. I'm trying to get back into this but it's hard. You'll be playing a level and then suddenly your internet or 3G wonks out and bam, the game crashes. Or you'll be playing a level and get mutilated by Stormtroopers and then go back and boost all of your armor up to godly levels, then use the same strategy and the troopers turn into paste. Very little strategy. Needs an auto battling mode. 10. Geometry Wars 3. I just figured out how to beat a pacifism mode level that had been plaguing me for weeks and suddenly the game is fun again. Now if I only knew how many more levels there were... Anyway, that's my update. Different games!
