Yes, lodestones are a must.... For Knights at least, but as far as i know, Monks scale much more with Red Feast because of the higher dmg output...
Tbh i never really worked with a Monk because i personally don't like the style and maybe i should....the dmg taken by a lvl 39 witch / 41 cleric...
