I can't get the Secondary Red color. It says to rate an online level which I've already done 14 times. Is this a bug or is it just me?

Scott Cawthon is one person and he released three sequels of the first game from August 8th to July 23th. As much as I hate using Five Nights...
I don't plan on staying here longer than I have to. And patience has its limits especially if it has almost been a year.
It's almost been a year after the 1.9 update. If it doesn't come out in the first week of August I might as well stop anticipating the update.
