That's stupid. No incentive for me to unlock or buy characters... There's no benefit.
What's the benefit to upgrading characters? Do they just look different, or do they have different or more powerful weapons?
This game is a lot cooler than I thought it was going to be. I'm going to actually buy this one... when the dev drops it to a $1.
