You'd have to win before the first MSA, I think. Those units would get shredded by spread damage.

Native rushes with air support is giving "Iron Emu" fits in 1v1, especially on small maps. Natives come out too quick for 3AP --> spawn units...

You only need to beat that mission once to get the medal rewards, right? There's no POW to be freed.
Oh yeah, now I remember I beat it with Aplvl max as well. I didn't use medals though. You can get them free randomly in world 3, I heard.
