and my satisfaction is 55% while my competitors are 52% and 50% respectively.
I though if my price is cheaper than competitors more pax will be attracted to take my flights instead of taking my competitors.
and I found that my occupy rate is lower than my competitors even my price is cheaper... is it a bugs?
about pax loading I found that passengers load factor of each routes drop few years and up for few years without new competitors and adjusting...
