Dolls don't seem to last off screen on RoF. Though for my 12 (still not great) I do it all from the right hand side.
Just looks like getting a bit lucky on RoF will put people to the top of viridian - I think that's the only one that people won't get lowest score...
I'd say you could get down to 25/26 in about 30 minutes, not sure how easy it is to get lower than that so I may have to have more of a play!

What you need to remember is that levels that are difficult for one person won't be for the next - as you say it's pretty subjective. For example...
