iOS 7 slows the iPhone 4 to a snails pace. I'm still rocking whatever that last version of iOS 6 was because iOS 7 will effectively kill my phone.

It's really not too scary but definitely give The Walking Dead Season 1 a go. Great story with a few scares here and there.
Give Papa Sangre 2 a try. It's an auditory horror game. It's best played in the dark with head phones on. Also Dead Space is really good.
