I can actually say that I have been in the Arena with Ryan....I summoned Reyem Neas (huh?) and killed him.... :) ( but he was able to get a blood...

I have been playing lately while listening to a group called videodrome...a side project with Korn's frontman...dude with the clark kent...
Doom was my first step into this crazy world....this game has much more depth....but do miss finding those hidden doors...there are quite a few...

I think you are referring to a Drudge....it has a mouthfull of teeth and likes to bite....:) they usually run in pairs....and they don't like you...
