Looks like a great program but I already have Todo from Appigo.
You can sync it using iTunes. Plug in your iPod, select the Photo tab, select the photo folder where you put the image, then sync.
Having said that, being a Windows user for 10 years make me kinda hard to switch to a new OS.
Try foobar2k instead. I only use iTunes to sync my iPod Touch.
