Im just glad they separated the leaderboards for no-save-me runs so that makes the competition a lot more non-IAP reliant.
Cant you move the grenade button farther? I dont have the game installed anymore so i cant be sure, but i think you can in options while in-game.
Im guessing earned revives. With "Save me" ability at at least Lv3, it would only cost him 3 gems to revive 3 times
