The app is properly named, "Joypad" and i have it on my 4s, and on my ipad3 and Mini. And yes, Joypad makes your idevice duo a sorta console game...
For those not too sure about this, here's a few words for you. The graphics is in glorious pixel art, very similar to the style used in FF1....
