Which store did you check?
Well, if you search for "chaos rings" in the New Zealand store and "Square Enix" shows up, that might mean, that they already have a linked...
Hmm... I can't see what you saw. Can you re-check, maybe? ;) And I think it will run fine on a 3G. Normally, S/E are good in optimizing games....
