For epics(6-star) from 2 to 3 stars costs 200 ISO8. I think this cost varies only based on their rarity.

How'd you amass 164 ISO-8? From what i see in the screenshot you made, his score is legit, as he used IAPs to power level a character to rank 6...
Shield only protects you ONCE. Web Fists protects you through the whole duration.
Increasing combos which effectively increases score, and renders you invulnerable during its duration. Cant get any better than that. :)
My tip: Upgrade web fists first :)

She changes color when a chest is nearby. Havent really found her useful though, as i dont really focus on what her color is. LOL
^Nope... ISO-8 to rank up is an option. The other option is to use duplicates and fodder cards to rank them up.
