I really enjoyed Fantastic Knight, more than Exitium. It has similar overlapping quests differing by character but I think the plot is stronger....
Exitium is not freemium... but Minor Axis' newest iOS game, Reign of Conquerors, is freemium. Get Exitium, IAP is optional.
