You can't compare them against each other cause they are separate games. They are pretty much among the best broad action games on the device....
Only thing with these games holding them back is multiplayer. Even a boring game like GTA4 turned into gold once you had two teams running around...

Shift needs head to head multiplayer, period. Also, swiping down should cut off the boost once you've activated it.
