I would definitely suggest this over Arkham City...This game certainly has a longer career...Arkham can easily be cleared in one short playthrough
If you want to play the Poison Ivy boss fight, your out of luck...this game is really crashy as well....I wouldn't suggest it
If you have a massive music library like me (I think about 1870 songs), then this is really a no-brainer...highly recommended
