Framerates pretty good on an ipad 4, ironically maybe it's the best cause the ipad air people seem so unhappy.
Nfs most wanted plays really well on an ipad 4. Wasn't all tha impressed with it on my ipad 3, but on the ipad 4, it rocks.

There are numerous universal games though that basically run 2x mode with borders though.

An iphone 4 maybe more powerful than what it first released on, long ago.
I've played Monopoly and Risk on ios, they were alright, but board games play better on boards.
