Get the coin magnet at the shop, its doing wonders for me right now On a side note: boosts, something I didnt like at the beginning, stacks up...
Get Monster Mountain... it has 8 new missions, plus Count Sven and the Coffin, and has some hilarious things like riding hands, hands that sticks...

I have to agree that some missions needs tweaking... I skipped more missions than I would like to... on the other side, this game rocks and PikPok...
