even if this was possible, there would be so much abuse with secret ways etc. there is no other way then rating them personally i guess.

i think new leaderboards like top demons or top coins would be a good idea.
you have to hit the very end of the spike, its quite hard to do. i think there is a video on youtube where you can see how you have to hit the spike.
