No luck getting the faction bonus here either. What's weird is I did receive the titles from getting top 5% Water, but didn't receive the bonus....
It's either/or NOT both. I have only spent faction points on it.
I am guessing so. My gear is all at level 23 at the moment. So I'll let you know when I get there.
Basically this. My Faction gear guy gets 320+ faction per attack in the arena.
I'm risking it and moved my 2 titan fighters into the Spire of Malice in search of the Savage Sword. Must FIND it ;)

I've had it happen twice to me. Usually takes 48 hours for them to respond.
I went with Water this week because I want that stupid savage sword.... Also because I want the titles for Water since I have Earth ones already....
