What do you mean with laggy? FPS lag? Or time response?. I have the same phone with the same S.O., and the game is fluid (60 FPS), but the delay...
I wouldn't call "lag", because the game runs at 60 FPS. Also i have a Quad-Core processor, 8GB RAM....... I just pass the requirements for the game :)
