Going from 9 to 10 is when it starts, and that requires 25. 10 to 11 requires 50. Haven't got that many yet, so no idea what 11 to 12 will cost....
I got exactly the same, there should be at least the amount of bios the hero is worth ie Luke should be worth 10 bios, not 7.
