Cars do turn on their headlights. Graphically, it is way better than the DS version.

Me too, just try searching "Grand Theft Auto" on iTunes. That's what I did and I found it.
I typed Grand Theft Auto in the search and it was the last result.
Yup it's out, but I'm going to wait a day or two to make sure it's a final version. Hopefully it won't be like AC2.
