The 360 d-pad isn't very good, the PS3 d-pad is THE best. The 360 controller feels awkward to hold because the analog sticks aren't placed like...

Nintendo has the better exclusives hands down. Mario, Legend of Zelda, Kirby, Donkey Kong, and a lot more. But, PS3 has awesome exclusives too...
