I'm not sure, but don't you have to manually apply for beta testing? I don't think you can just sit back and wait. Not sure though.

OpenGL is just for graphics. It only contains pretty low level graphics operations, i.e. it lets you draw lines, shaded and/or textured triangles,...
Just out of curiosity, why not release your games under NimbleBit instead of your name?
Why don't you ask him? He hangs around here in the forums. I would do it with normal OpenGL lines, they are very fast.
