can't help you with the agility gem because Jason placed all of the gems, but the shipwreck is in the far west of the terraces.
The overworld is much larger and more open than Aralon's. Aralon has more dungeons, though.

We're thinking early 2014 for Aralon, but that isn't set in stone yet. It just started concept stage about a month ago.

There's a hidden chest on a balcony in South Aven that you can get to only by jumping rooftops. It's near the entrance to Avenshire hills.
