I got a ring that does +11% exp and I think a necklace that does +8% and I gotta say these help tons if you don't grind Network Dungeons.

You should be aiming for the Yellow/Goldish Rhomboid Spirits. It didn't even take me 10 mins for a key to drop but that was just my luck I guess.
