There is not but blood isn't even that noticeable TBH. You would have to take a very well timed screenshot to actually see the gore.

Its the first in the series I have played. I think its pretty awesome. Haven't gone online yet but I'll have plenty of time for that after finals.
I personally use Mercury Browser because of all the features it has(downloads FTW). But I'm not sure if it is universal. +1 to that.
