You have to have either the 32GB or 64GB iPod Touch 3G to have the enhanced graphics. The 8GB and 16GB iPod Touch 3G's don't have the better hardware.
Well, you have to admit that the graphics are much better. And so is the enemy AI. And the animations. And basically everything else except play...
