There is nothing like it. They are all arena minute based. The closest is IRE in gore/dark setting, but even this is gated in small arena stages....

Timers are as far as i can tell only for Raids "send and wait" or upgrading the unicorns. If you always have 3 ready you can always play.
also we have some seconds when one unicorn dies to go to the next run, and i am unable to buy anything so this looks like a really starting beta....
