Lots of characters can os ultra to catch backdashes, cammy, makoto, yun, fei long and im sure heaps more. I dont think that would work on volt...

I dont know if you can os ultras in volt. You might be able to do low jab/slide if you press down, p and k at the same time, ill check it out
