It does if you hit the fireball with the later active frames if the palm, if that makes sense. Still not very practical though.

Yea people arent really gonna fireball when youre close enough to use shoulder. But with yuns palm, you can cancel out the first hit of an akuma...
My bad forgot about hondas super. And yun can just shoulder or palm cant he? Im 90% sure regular shoulder has projectile invincible frames.

You don't get a loss, and you don't lose BP if you only do it once or twice. I tested it out a while ago and it took like 4 or 5 quits in a row...
Hondas pretty easy to use, but is really strong. The only problem is he loses badly to Sagat, by far the best and most popular character.
If you don't have down charge then down forward punch should beat pretty much any jump in, really good priority.
