there is a good amount of content in this game, and free downloadable expansions. its just not really a story based game (at the moment)
yep the devs are aware of it - there is a story in the PC version, but not much of it is exposed in this version. They will be adding more story...

It lets you build your own vehicle - for one thing. You also have a farm that you can 'upgrade' by adding new buildings, and even pets. Its very fun.

I think the shadow system works basically on 4s and up, the lower devices wouldn't have real time shadows like that.
