Haha...I actually didn't have Plumber's nightmare yet..but just got it...pretty easy. So that means 4 of those 5 levels needed work (2 to go)
You need to lose dolls on 3 outta 5 of those levels...as far as I know now at least...

Hmmmm...problem is...the dolls disappear in this level when they get too far away from the cannon. I'm pretty sure the dolls fired from the top...

This DOES get you perfect...the gold star! Selling towers doesn't matter in survival mode...only doorbuster and endurance. So why not go for both? ;)
