Totally different games... Is like to say if it is better FIFA12 or Flick Soccer. This one is an awesome arcade racer and RR2 is a sim racer....
I don't know if this is their strategy with this price, but keep in mind that a company that release a game at 0.99 doesn't target to hardcore...
