The touchscreen controls work really well with this (I've previously played it on PC). I agree about the icon, I don't think it's a great choice....

If you download them both, are the icons the same? And do they both have IAP within the app (a Buy button on the menu screen)? From the UK app...
No idea, but I've seen that once or twice before - IAP showing up in iTunes, but when you actually download the app there is no sign of IAP anywhere.
