Its already in there, in time trial, download the ghost you want, then goto tuning in game -> set from ghost. :)

You should be able to press gas/brake to continue/quit but other than that I need to finish the rest off, especially for AppleTV controls.

Finally got round to having a blast at stage 1 Finland, and after many unsuccessful attempts at nailing Crabmans top score I have finally done...
Oh and I made the font size and UI windows a little bit bigger as it was something people had mentioned a LONG time ago!
