I found out that on the less-optimized devices (or just my 2g) disabling background music lets it move past the loading screen. It now rarely crashes.
Alright one sec, let me load it up and try.... EDIT: Well, it crashed. Maybe I'll try creating a new game or something.
...This should clear it up: 90% of the time it crashes on the loading screen.

It does, however as this is not yet optimized for it it will occasionally crash.
Well, Mobigame said they were working on an update to it.
