Did you aready unlock the character and then by the uniform or did buying the uniform unlock the character?
Well if we don't, doesn't he become somewhat useless as then no way to level up beyond 2*? Unless of course they are available in dimension rifts...
Anyone know if I buy a uniform of a character I don't own yet, do you get the character as well or still have to wait to unlock via biometrics? :)
