Look at the level menu, the colours go through a sequence as you go from one to the other, eg. Blast Processing has a light blue background, ToE 2...
The mystery level will have a blue background, Deadlocked should have a pink background (same colour as Back On Track's background) :)

Don't worry, I have the same issue with my iPad. Wait until 2.0, because RobTop changed a lot of save things, so the issue should be fixed then :)...
