Uhh there's a 9th tier... yes... check the Wiki page to see all of them. You had the 8th tier... You can ONLY get 9th tier from the ARENA.
Well interestingly enough I now have all characters level 30 + and as soon as my main team hits level 35+ I will start to grind the hardest boss...
Apparently 15% is better BUT I personally like -6s because it's reliable and not by %.
Does anyone here happen to have any characters above 50 as well all characters 30+? I only have the female rougue left. She's level 16.
