$16 was the original launch price (no sale). I believe it went on sale once a while later and dropped to about $12.
I would assume that it would be at least $16 given that was the launch price for FF3 and FF Tactics.
The install size is around 750 mb. No word on price.
Looks like it'll just be Ravensword and FFIV for tomorrow with RR3's delay til February 2013.
