It all depends on how long levelling up takes, and how much playtime you get from each dungeon pack if the game is gonna turn out to be worth it....
Looks like tap to move/shake to jump has been fixed, will be snapping this up when it's released!

I think they are you know! Every couple of hours they just virus scan a couple of crap apps and send them out on release without even loading em...
They should have released a searching the appstore for pocket legends app with heart breaking sound effects when its not out and stuff, bet it...
