I use it to follow up the chicken wings. Then if I have sp, I'll fadc and do another chicken wing. Its also not bad as an anti air

I think Ryu would beat Cammy, Makoto, but Zangief and Dhalsim have advantages. Vega would beat Bison, Cammy, Makoto, and Zangief.
