For the base price, it's very solid. Dunno about the DLC.
Last I played it, I found it to be a bit easy. Haven't played it since they added difficulty levels though, but I still found it fun.
I personally like Besiegement and Elemental Monster TD.

If all else fails then you might have to delete and install iTunes again. (And yes, all your app, music, whatever data will still be there).

Right click the ipod tab on iTunes and click "transfer purchases".
You should be able to download the maps in the new maps menu for free. Use the same account you bought the maps so you don't get charged.
