Not possible. iTunes will overwrite the backup with the old one, removing the save data of the apps you've removed.
Seriously, how would you get one million kills? You'd have to have no life and play Minigore 24/7 to get this Sensei Evan. It's ridiculous.

Scored 52871 on Minigore 3.9 (latest) but my score doesn't show on the leaderboards. It says "Not Ranked" even though the guy on #1 only has 40000...

After a couple of updates it feels like characters run much slower or those furries run much faster? Anyway, I don't like it, it's making the game...
There are so many apps on the store, you'll have to create something unique now. Look at simple games like Fruit Ninja for example, don't think...
